    Default ON CYCLE Support Supplements

    Here's is what I take ATM, please advise me of anything else you think would benefit my health:

    Animal Pak x 2(1 morning and 1 at night)
    Animal Flex x 1
    Spiriluna x 10g(5g morning and 5g at night)
    CoQ10 x 150mg(100mg morning and 50mg at night)
    Hawthorn Berry(2 caps morning and 2 caps at night)
    Garlic(2 caps morning and 1 cap at night)
    Fish Oil x 8g(4g morning and 4g at night)
    Aspirin x 150mg in the morning

    I was taking 'Maca' twice a day as well, but I recently ran out and need to get more.

    To be honest i dont take anything... then again i dont go over 500mg a week so yeah.

    maybe gluclosermine to look after the joints

    glucosamine works, got no doubt on that.

    As for the rest: maybe add in some alpha lipoic acid and milk thistle for liver health.

    Maca is a crock.

    I wouldn't have a clue as i only just started using it but i keep hearing it's the only supp with years of proven research behind it (kinda like creatine) for joint support, I only just started using it myself cause i'm using arimidex eod people say they get sore joints from lowering estrogen so i'm just using it as insurance.

    Yes, there's a stack of compelling science on glucosamine.

    my left elbow has had its days and it can get quite painful in the gym when incporating heavy lifts on/off cycle. more ON as the lifts are heavier.

    i was quite in need of A) heat balm or that asian tiger balm stuff B) glucosamin and c) glutamine.

    it kept me in the gym longer and less prone to injury until i could come off and completely heal up.

    I'm always suspicious about the term "Proven Research" in these so-called "Controlled Tests/Studies" etc etc..........

    Yes but there's compelling research on thousands of compounds isn't there........Do you truely beleive it works?
