citizenship marriage
right this is a weird one.
i'm sure none of you will even believe this but u hoo know me long times know although i am wrong at times i aint no shit talker.
my mate rings me tonight, asks me to marry his mum.
hahahaa
now mum is a really nice bird but she's in her late 50's and has 3 children older than me, she has 5 or 6 grandkids. she has offered me a helping hand many a time.
this is all to change her NZ citizenship to aus citizenship so she can get the pension when she retires if she retires here where the rest of the family is.
what you fellas think of this situation?
also keeping in mind i am 26, single, succesful and looking to have kids in the next 2 or so years.

Yep, totally agree with this.
Does the word "fraud" ring any bells?

If true, it's a decision you will definitely regret. As for your mate asking, no offense but he has got to be the biggest idiot in your part of the world cause as Laz said, he has asked you to commit fraud!

These things are looked at very closely before getting approved for situations just like this where people try to cheat and you/her certainly match the description of fraud.

my mum is a permanent resident but still an NZ citizen. But because she has had kids here she can have dual citizenship. therefore claim both pensions if she really wanted to. but she dont her husband makes plenty lol
I got an NZ passport and can go there to live with out any probs because of my mum being a citizen and all the rest.

i think i may be giving the wrong impression here, i never wanted to bang her just help her. i do think you're all right tho, fraud would not go too good on my record, right now i have no convictions and i would like it to stay that way.

her kids here are her ticket in
edit
There is no reason why she cant become a citizen. she has been here ages and even had kids here so she shouldnt have a problem getting it. If she worried about loosing her attachment to NZ (as my mum is) she shouldnt worry because she was born there and her country of origin wouldnt reject her if she wanted to return
