PCT with Sustain Alpha

I have recently finished my first cycle.

I used 500mg of test E per week for 10 weeks.

I used HCG every day until 7 days after my last Test E shot.

Last Test E shot 1st Oct Thurs
Last HCG shot 8th Oct Thurs

I have bought the triple stack from Primordial (sustain alph, Toco 8 and Endo )and I would like some clear advice on when to start.

I have Nolvadex at hand and the triple stack so where to go from here is the question?

i told him to do so at 70IU per day.
He already had very low testosterone.

ok, fair enough.

figuered the closest way to keep things similar to natural LH the better. it still only 490IU per week.
Just perfectly even blood levels of the HCG no up's and down's.
It a hassel but if you can be bothered slightly better.

The table says to start Nolva 5 weeks after last shot.
On week 10 the active Test E in my body is at 82mg.
At week 14 it is at somewhere from 1 to 3mg,
By week 15 it is at 0.
These figures from "The Roid Calculator" website.
I know there are grey areas in this game but to go 5 weeks seems counter to everything else I have read which is mormally to take Nolva 3 weeks after?

your reading the table wrong mate.
re-read it, it says to take toco8 5 weeks prior to coming off then the table starts taking everything as soon as you come off in the collum "1st week of pct"

yeah i've used it and felt fine during pct.

has anyone read into using sustain alpha in the place of hcg on cycle? interesting read.

I was so focussed on the PCT that where it says "prior" I thought it meant prior to PCT instead of Prior to last shot.

has anyone read into using sustain alpha in the place of hcg on cycle? interesting read.

please direct me to where i can read it, primordial performance has not said to do it this way and to me the ingredients wont have much effect while on cycle, but i'll read what ever info you have on the subject.

It's just a little hard to stimulate natural LH when the testosterone level is through the roof. so i dont htink it can replace HCG just yet.
