It's a creatine supplement from Controlled Labs. I've never tried it but I've used their products Purple Wraath and White Flood. Both of which I liked.

Yes apparently its this compound which is known for upsetting the insides: 'Magnesium Creatine Chelate', this is Creatine bonded to Magnesium to form the one compound. I have a full container fo this left, minus the 2 capsules I tried a few weeks back...............

I'm back using my old time favourite product: HorsePower made by Ultimate Nutrition.

Yeah Purple Wratth and the newer version called PurpleInTrain are both good products. Horsepower I like cause it has some quality ingredients in it, but it doesn't always taste the best, depends which flavour you get. You have to shake it then let it sit for a few minutes then shake it again, it takes some time to completely dissolve.

Hey guys,

I just bought some Purple Wrath. Just wondering if those of you who have had it, could give me a heads up.




FYI,

I'm 96kgs 17% BF, 6ft and train 5 days/week.

When and how much do you think I should take.

Just put two scoops in with your shaker and drink it during your workout. Be prepared for tingling feelings in your hands and feet though (due to the Beta Alanine). That takes a bit of getting used to.

The tingling can be quite annoying initially. I felt like I wanted to scratch the skin off my hands and feet but after a week or two you get used to it and then you don't notice it.

You can also take it pre and post workout and in the morning and at night, purple wraath can be dosed much higher than the label recommends. But when starting out it is better to start with small doses, then if you like you can increase the dose and start abusing it. Beta-Alanine abuse is common in the gyms these days.

For me Beta-Alanine works better than Creatine, and it gives no stomach upsets. But what I do is use Creatine and Beta-Alanine and heaps of other sh!t all at the same time along with sh!tloads of gear.

Took the Purple Wraath yesterday. I put two scoops in about 1.25 bottle of water.

Taste is ok. A little sugary like no xplode or black powder. But I can handle that. The misses didn't like it too much. More for me.

No other side affects like tingly hands or feet.

I'll keep you posted.

Sorry man, I just looked at you stats, your 6 feet and 97 kgs. I'd up the dose. Two scoops was enough for me cause I'm 20kgs lighter than you.
