    Default Yohimbine advice?

    What is a normal dose of yohimbine? I stumbled across a supplement from the US that contains it and it has a total of 4.5mg of yohimbine (various types). Lipo 6 is the product, black version.

    What can you expect for yohimb use?

    Havent personally used it but what iv'e read, it is a strong stimulant used for fat loss, with a similar feeling to Ephedrine, both of which are banned in Australia so could be difficult to get them in. Suggested to be used before morning cardio on an empty stomach.

    Dosing is reportedly 10mgs per 100lbs or (0.2mg/kg of bodyweight), side effects, which will be more prone to those who dont react well to stimulants, can be dizziness, anxiety, skin flushing, headaches, hyperstimulation and nausea. Most common and most important to monitor: rapid increase in heart rate during cardiovascular activity.

    then the 4.5mgs in this product wouldnt be enough then it seems . . .

    My mate found a place to get it so yeah. He does similar thing to you DB, an man model, he bigger then me and is natural! ripped but tryin to get leaner for more work.

    I've used it a few times, maty1 has used it a bit longer than me so he might also want to say a few things.

    It certainly works it's not going to work without a good diet, 5mg is plenty when we were using it you feel hot in the face kinda red like you are embarresed all day, feel a little warm slight increase in heart rate and thats about it ohh you can also get painful errections and sex can be alot better.

    wouldn't say painful erections but definately better ones. also constant salivating too
    i'm just a fucking legend. end of story!

    did say "can get" some people get painfull ones other just get really good ones...lol

    ON do you think its worth the try? My diet is 85% clean and i can clean it up some more. Thats not my worry. Just want to hear some experienced users opinion

    ok im here.
    its not a silver bullet but it defntly helps. diet needs to be 100% otherwise u will not notice anything, except for the erections. with me about 20 mins after i took it was as hard as a rock and a bit hot.
    ive heard tha it works best on keto diets. as for doses, i dnt think it is a more is better drug i really dnt think it would make that big a difference if you took more so just stick with the 5mg mate i hope this helps cheers

    if there is a clear reason you wont to use it then do so personally dnp is more effective and will always work. unless there is a reason you dont want to use dnp then go with yohimbine it just seems like such a simple choice to me cause dnp blows any fat burner out of the park after having used both i know what i'd go with. But as far as yohimbine goes it has other benefits too and certainly does what it is suppose to do when used correctly with a good diet.
    you shouldn't also feel so lethargic on it in comparison to dnp.

    Id do the DNP but im waiting for a cold winter lol. I have trouble getting to sleep because of over heating, (i sleep in just undies and no blankets but for some reason im either too hot or too cold). the smallest amount of carbs gets me cooking. I tried eating extra carbs to keep the heat up but i find i pack on the gut like no tomorrow and i get to greasy and sweaty. Maybe something ill have to put up with.

    I might just give the yohimbine supplement a try so i can make my own judgement and hopefuly help some1 else if they have similar questions. I dont imagine the yohimb to compare to DNP heat wise.

    Matty thanks for the advice. Having extra erections is something i look forward to lol

    lol i dnt think you will, when i took it it was usually around 5am so by the time 5:30 came round and im driving to work with a painfully raging hard on just isnt that great, if you want to use it for the erection side of it make sure u take it about 30 mins b4 sex, also dnp and yohimbine can not be compaired there like apples and oranges. dnp has so so much more power and effect then yohimbine. on dnp u can eat what evr the fuck you want and still get lean, yohimbine will not do anything unless ur diet is 100%

    cheers thanks for the good advice. With my diet, i follow a 6 days low carb and strict, then on day 7 i carb up and eat pretty much what i want with in reason of course and make sure i get enough protein. Do you think what i follow would be ok?

    yeh mate it should be fine, im pretty sure u know how to do urself a gud diet so u shud be right, but if you would like any further help with it post up ur exact diet and we will have a look at it for ya.

    Ok fellahs had my first dose this morning about 3hrs ago. I felt nothing erection wise (dont know if that was a good thing or bad lol i was looking forward to fats hahaha), though i have brought up a slight sweat. Nothing crazy, just slightly over warm.

    You guys said earlier that 5mg of the Yohimbe was enough, Is it enough for a day or do i need to take that dose twice a day. The product has 4.5mg of it in there. follow link to have a look

    its hard to say mate, lipo 6 is from a supplement company so u never no how much is actually in it. just see how you go maybe take more after a few days

    yeh see thats what i was saying you never know how much they have in there but yeh take it twice it wont hurt ya

    ok im taking it twice a day now, and because of the massive caffeine hit i have trouble sleeping lol. Yesterday i took it at 4pm and i didnt sleep until 1am. Im usually past out cold by 9.30 lol

    can def feel the heat! I dont tolerate heat well so at the mo this is controllable for me.

    yeh take one straight up in the morning as early as u can and then another between 12 and 3 pm
